Saw my job listed on linkedin. What should I do?

So, my intern period ends this month. They said they are going to convert me to full-time, but the problem is I researched and found that full-time time salaries are almost equal to intern stipends(20k) . I started applying a while ago on linkedin, career , etc, etc, but I have got no responses. I really want myself to have a offer by the month end. or atmax in a 2-3 months. What should I do? Please suggest an action plan.

I'm not getting calls or invites for the job opportunity from LinkedIn. What is wrong with it or i have to take care of something ?

I want to share my experience as a fresher at Accenture, my first company from a college placement. The first six months were fine, but then I faced severe mental harassment from my supervisor and manager. She constantly criticized my work and gave negative feedback, causing me immense stress. I often skipped meals and worked weekends to improve, but nothing helped. Despite reporting the issue and requesting a supervisor change or a different track, my requests were ignored. The harassment worsened, affecting my physical health, and I couldn't eat or sleep properly. My manager controlled trivial aspects like where to sit and whom to talk to, making the situation unbearable. I was even forced to switch from a developer role to a tester, despite being trained as a developer. The final straw was being placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) without a clear reason, with the same harassing individuals assessing me. I only had 1.9 years of experience then. I reported the mental harassment to HR and resigned due to deteriorating health, panic attacks, and weight loss. Despite having no other job offer, I couldn't continue. Even during my notice period, I was forced to complete PIP assignments, which led to suicidal thoughts and further health issues. Now, I am jobless, feeling helpless and frustrated. With less than 2 of experience, I struggle to find offers in a down IT market and don't know what to do next.

So i joined this mature startup 10 months back, and my role as per JD was team leader. Till date I am doing the IC role and doing all day sales calls. I have highlighted the same to my manager and skip level, but always getting answer like it is new product, market situation is no good, we believe in lean structure etc. I am tired of doing same shit everyday. What’s your suggestion?

Hello good folks of grapevine! So, I resigned from my last job last year in November. As per the company policy I was promised that my F&F will be settled 45 days after my last working day which happens to be the first week of Jan'24. For some reason the signed documents got delayed from my end by 10 days. It's been more than one and a half months now and my F&F is still not credited. I keep calling the HR and that bitch literally gives me the same shit over and over again that "the signature from the CFO is pending". I'm really confused about what to do. Is posting on LinkedIn a good idea or will it affect my career? The amount is significant, hence I don't want to risk it. In case there is a legal procedure to this, what are the next steps? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

So basically like every time I see a job vacancy I do apply for it.. But I'm not sure why I never get any calls back Or mails and these days I only see vacancies where they want only experienced people like more than 5 or 10.. I mean...where am I going wrong in this job hunt... I'm having 2 yrs of exp where I have wasted 1 yr being in bench so I could say I didn't get a lot of insight for my yrs of exp.... It sucks tho.... 😢 where should I start now what should I do? Completely blank...

I recently joined a company and I got to know that culture was toxic and it was not performing well. So shall I proceed further or I should resign. I don't have any offer in hand but cleared a few interviews. Marketing department

Hi everyone, I am a Masters student from Tier1 College(Please do not think I'm bragging about the clg I'm in but to give better idea about myself) will be completing by May 2024 previously graduated from a Tier 3 college in 2021 and before doing masters I had worked in DRDO for about couple of months as JRF (So I'm a fresher). Please go through my resume and suggest me about getting a Job in SDE. I understand there will be very less SDE jobs in future and I tried preparing for AI/ML roles but I really do not enjoy AI but still having some knowledge in AI domain (but not enough to work in AI roles) and I have very less hands on experience in doing AI projects but I have good experience in software development and want to leave the AI boat and whatever happens work more on Software development (as I feel it is not possible to travel in both the boats). I really applied quite a lot in linkedin, wellfound and other job boards but did not get any response from them. Kindly please suggest me what's wrong with my resume or what should I focus on in order to get a Job.
