What should I do to get out of 35-40 lpa range

what salary should I expect with experience of 5 years as a data analyst. I have done my masters from US and worked there for 5 years and have recently moved to India and hunting for job. I am just confused that what should I expect as a salary. TIA :-)

Hello everyone, Seeking advice on a potential job switch and compensation. I am currently employed as a Lead Business Analyst(Total Exp:6 Years) at a US-based edtech company with a fixed CTC of 25 LPA. My skill set includes Tableau, SQL, Python, Automations, Statistical Analysis, and Stakeholder Management. Lately, I've noticed a lack of substantial job calls, and the few I've received are capped at ~27 LPA. Some recruiters even claim that I'm already in a higher salary band, which I believe might not be accurate. I'm curious if anyone has insights into potential reasons for this, whether it's related to my skill set, the current job market, or other factors. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m currently working at a B2B SaaS company as a PM. I have a great interest in analytics but not getting enough exposure here and my role has just got so redundant and more like project manager. It’s been really difficult in the last couple of months as growth seem to have stopped and I am really scared about my career. Experience - 1 Year Current Comp - ~17LPA fixed with some Esops Should I consider switching to analytics ( I am confident about my skills which will get me something in analytics ) given my current situation or try to get another good role in PM to which the market has been really cruel lately. Need some advice!!

I am currently working as scrum master. I am getting headache by daily calls and i have to facilitate all i don't have interest in this. I want a work that i can do everyday without meeting all people. Just 1 meeting is ok to say about my progress. Im psm2 certified recently. I don't want this talking work. I need analyst type work. What about power bi analyst should i learn that? Suggest any tool based work tool should be universally recognized by every company. Not interested in coding and testing. Im fedup with agike and sdlc 😰

Data analyst (1.5 yoe) working mostly in query developments and power bi here. Can't hope for further growth in my current company (too much hierarchy). Currently brushing up python skills to boost up my resume. Any suggestion from experienced folks is highly appreciated.

Show case our projects on which J have been worked on such as Dashboards created using Tableau/POWER Bi & some key skills to show case SQL,Python Knowledge also. Working as a developer in TCS from last 3 years and still with a package of 4LPA want to switch my career to Data Scientist. Need suggestions on the same. Will appreciate Thank you

I recently switched to a new comapny with a CTC of 33lpa. Although this is a much better company in terms of work and culture, I feel like I have been low balled.
