CTC expectations

Software engineer with 2.5 YOE working for US based mid sized company with CTC of 25 LPA base + 1.7 lacs bonus + 10 lacs worth esops. Just wanted to know is this upto the market or should i look for better opportunity. Looking for answers . P.S Its a permanent wfh

Y.O.E-3.7 years Current CTC - 7.74 I have given two rounds of interview L1 & L2 in the LTIMINDTREE for Senior Data Engineer position and today got a call from them that I have selected. Can you please let me know how much I should ask as the expectation CTC? And also please let me know when they will release the offer letters once we completed with the selection process?

Cleared all the rounds and even sent the HR the documents they asked for. They also said I would have to relocate to Mumbai. However it's been more than a week and they haven't rolled out an offer letter. HR said that since they invested so heavily in IPL, they are trying to reassess their budget for this quarter, that's why it's taking so long. Should I be worried? I have a feeling that I even if I get an offer they might try to lowball me/lay off later.

(No FAANG though) I am considering to move back to India and was wondering what kind of CTC I can expect. Here is my profile: 15 years of experience in industry. Thave got an offer from IBM ISL for 20 LPA fixed, my current ctc is 18.5 LPA. I was told if i quote a higher salary i might get rejected and they inderectly forced me to say 20 LPA. I feel like that is low. What to do now. How to ask for more hike ??
