Happened with me, 10 people called me for a day and then it reduced. No DND works for loan sharks
Accidentally clicked on the home loan banner on net banking site. Instant call, and then every day or so 😳
Yup. When I raged on them she politely requested to not pick any calls for couple of hours. She was like, it's end of year and we have targets to meet, so please don't pick 😅🙏. Sales people man🫡
The calls were like 1 per minute within 2hrs of entering my number🤦.

Deactivate from categories you dont want to receive junk calls from.
Effectiveness in this case is subjective, depends on luck.
Install truecaller.
If a call is made from a registered corporate no, it will be stopped by jio customer care.
Now a days these spam call makers keep private numbers to call from and nothing can be done about it at all.
My advice, always keep a second sim and an email id to supply for online or offline merchants and main one for family, friends and people u want to be in touch with.
Truecaller to the rescue. Also I can call back when important
