Experience on iPhone - service
My mom is using an iPhone 14, it worked very well until this morning where the display color turned into black, green and pink colours. Took it to the authorized service center and it cost me 27k to change the display. The estimate given in the official website was also the same
The technician said it is due to a software update that caused this error. I feel this is the company's issue and we are being asked to pay for their fault.
Have you experienced such situations? How are you handling and how to go about this in the future?
