Could be anything. Your work, your workouts, friday night with the boys etc. If you've not taken notice of what you like doing, this might be a good way to, and also to hear from positive things that people are doing. For me, it's usually the weekly outing with work friends/other friends or just watching an amazing piece of content on the weekends. That's usually the peak. Excited to hear from all of you!

What's one thing that you look upto with curiosity, even now, like you used to do in your childhood. It could be playing Sunday matches, meeting someone special, going to a special place, it could be anything, where the interest didn't fade away with time and responsibilities.

I worked at an early stage startup with really toxic culture and left my job because of that, now it's been one month I just wake up eat and sleep and feel like doing nothing, Although I know at some point I have to resume back but when ever I sit back to document my work prepare my portfolio I just feel no motivation to do so, Is something wrong with me?? Has anyone faced something like this before? How did you come out of it?

Lately, walking in the garden and watching birds chirp in the morning has become an underrated thing that I find deep happiness in. Even late night walks are becoming interesting with an ice-cream at hand and the wind blowing in my hair. What about you all?

Ideally you're doing your job because you love it, but that doesn't mean you're never overwhelmed or stressed out. When the pressure of your job pushes your stress needle into the red zone, what do you do to relax and compose yourself?

Personally, I think the underlying factor for me has been being strict with myself. I try to work out 6x a week on a regular basis. Using my finances wisely with healthy meals. I mean, a burger from Louis Burger or a Pizza from Pizza Bakery is baller but in the long run that's a real killer. Finally, I have been trying to prioritize sleep which means don't scroll reels/social media for 30 minutes before bed if it is 1am already. What about you?

If you ask me, the purpose of life has to be more than climbing a self-constructed ladder. Like, it has to be more than a 3BHK in a metro, with two kids, a car and a prestigious job at a faceless corporation, 2 weeks of vacation and a movie on the weekend. Isn’t this weird that, we all continue to fool ourselves? When you know nothing matters the universe is yours, and I've never met a universe that was into it. The universe is an animal, it grazes on the ordinary. It creates infinite idiots just to eat them. You know? Smart people get a chance to climb on top and take reality for a ride but it'll never stop trying to throw you. And eventually it will, there's no other way off - Rick, Rick and Morty.
