Headphones for Office
Hi folks , Please suggest some good headphones for office, Looking for something that is -confortable for long hours,of course good sound quality,ANC ,etc
Use headphones that come with a separate mic, helps in cancelling out environmental noise. I would suggest Jabra.
1 question why don't companies provide headphone for calls?
Jabra is best for office work. If looking for personal use extensively airpods
Sony xm4 are too large xm5 are too pricey u can go for Sony Linkbud S they are light and offer pretty good ANC compared to their price range
I am using Oneplus buds pro 2r, long duration is not a issue. If you are planning for wired earphones, you can go for Moondrop Chu II or Tangzu Wan’er.
On ANC, if its for individual use, i recommend that you first check whether it suits you, for many, including me, ANC feels uncomfortable. Also, ANC is good at reducing random noise, like that of a fan or machine, but not of people talking around you.
I would recommend Poly 5220 for wired and Poly 4320 or Voyager focus2 for wireless. In offices, there is bluetooth interference that can cause call quality to drop, in which case the headset should be capable of working in wired mode, which most pro headsets by Poly/Jabra have. The boom mic also helps significantly in noise cancelation. There are youtube reviews where they operate a blender in front of the headsets and test the noise cancellation feature.
Note: I own both the poly 5220 and voyager focus2 (cost ~22k), the audio quality on both is nearly the same (my opinion). The 5220 at ~8k is massive value for money. Also, note that wireless headsets are a bit heavier due to the battery, putting a strain on you if you wear them long.
What about stressful meetings where you sweat? 😅
My XM3s would leave a black circle around my ears after ever review meet 😂
