Weekends for house chorus or spending time with family. No time for yourself. 5. Tend to spend more money on parents/spouse/kids than yourself.

Weakness that doesn’t looks from outside but can be felt like back in days in school colg our coaches used to make us run 5-6 laps of that big grounds and we did that pretty well knowing that it sucks but now just returning back from work by walking 2kms makes me feel like gasping, headache and need to rest and all. In morning cannot see clearly all the farther things look blurry specially written letters. Used to lift so much in gym now can’t lift and walk father with that thing, how im gonna protect the family in needs. The “cannot wakup early” and “couldn’t go to sleep early” hits every now and then. I know most of these can be fixed by consistency and will power to do it and some belief. Cannot play a sport on a daily basis. Cannot talk to everyone that we want but resist ourselves as others might be busy.
