Heard this morning from a friend who works at Accenture India, layoffs have begin once more. He said he is not sure if this is part of the 19000 that was announced during the earnings call.

I have been hearing from multiple friends across organizations in India. Lay offs are not in news but happening silently across boards. Companies are on cost cutting mode. Interesting year ahead

Why Accenture is hiring in bulk? I have been observing from last 2-3months. Is Accenture's existing employees have resigned in bulk? Or Accenture's more than 50% employees resigned?

My onboarding location is Bengaluru & I am from Delhi. My HR told that you need visit Bengaluru office for completing onboarding process. I want to know how much days it will take for onboarding as I am willing to work from Noida location.
