Profile: - 5 year experience with a unicorn startup - Tier 1 MBA - 1yr - 1.5 yrs experience with an IT MNC Total: 6.5 yrs PM experience: 4.5 yrs Currently, at 18+1.5L. Need genuine help. Also, is it possible to market correct my salary in just 1 jump?

Interning with this startup, it’s been 3 months and they want to onboard me full time. It’s a founder office (generalist) where I contribute in both sales and marketing (It’s a B2B SaaS startup) How much salary should I expect? I spoke to a few people on linkedin and they said they’d offer 8-10LPA for someone like me I’d be really grateful if you guys can share your thoughts, will help me set my expectations better!

Background: I work in a D2C consumer product startup, we have an in-house website and a growing tech team of 7 people. The whole business team is 100+. I'm a '23 grad from a tier 1 engineering college. I joined the company back in September when the job market was at the bottom and I had to take a 40% pay cut (21LPA to 12LPA) (while switching (the last company ran out of funding). I was at a higher than avg base in my previous role but the current role is 20% below the average. (15LPA) The company is in a growth stage and lots of processes are yet to be defined which leads to a lot of chaos but I get a lot of freedom as well. My manager is aware of the whole situation and we had also negotiated a 6-month review for ESOP allotment. My monthly reviews have been going well and we have shipped some good improvements and features over the last few months.

How much can I expect in terms of CTC while switching. YOE 2 , GOLang backend developer. Currently I am getting 10LPA I have an offer of 17 LPA , how much can I stretch this offer? How much more can I ask I am expecting somewhere around 25 lpa is this reasonable?

Considering:- - I have a design degree from a Non-IIT/Non-NID Tier 1 University (known for good engineers) [so good foundation hopefully] - The companies I have interned at range from Japanese MNC/Conglomerate, Indian Fashion focused E-Commerce Giant, Indian Food Tech/Delivery Giant & an Indian Digital Transformation Giant. - The average stipend I earned at these companies was around 40K/month. - The salary I earn right now every month is between 70 - 90K - I believe I have Got good Product focused UX knowledge. [Part of the Product team not a seperate Design Team] - Not another Figma/Framer drooling Designer. - Many of my peers from my alma mater are placed in Big Tech or Desi Giants owned by Foreign Giants So what salary should I be expecting? (Keeping aside the ESOP/RSU part) Is ~ 1.25L/month in hand is right ask? Please suggest.

im a product intern transitioning to APM. Is 13L base a good place to start. I feel its a little too low as everyone seems to be making more than me.
