Great decision by Indian Government

Budget 2024 scrapped the angel tax for all investors, creating the ultimate playground for innovation and entrepreneurship in India.

This question is posed to you by Peter Thiel in his book "Zero to One" My answer to this is: We are in a big cycle where India will become everything great. Last 8 years have taught me that we are in the greatest momentum bet of this country's life time. So, don't rule out India. Build in India. Invest in India. Believe in India. There are many in this community that are complete nihilists and supremely bearish towards India's prospects. And let me tell you, for once in this country's history, being a complete maximalist on India is a bet that you will not regret. There will be a new generation of millionaires and billionaires that will be minted on new industries. So keep hustling and this country will unleash great dividends for you and your legacy.

this government wants to control everything: why are they so insecure ?

Microsoft has a policy that an employee has to be at a certain level (say X) before they can apply for an international role internally. The weird bit is that this policy is applicable to Indian (MSIDC) employees only. No other country office has such policy. From what I’ve seen so far, X level is attained around 5 yrs of experience. By that time a typical Indian employee has other commitments in life and the number of employees willing to take international transfer decreases. I feel it this policy is strategic to keep their business needs in India stable. Thoughts? Do any other companies have any such policies?
