Hi Folks, Currently I was working as an operational team lead in TCS of Grade BPO 3 and I have an experience of 4 years out of which 1 year as a team lead and the same continues in TCS. So now I have feed up with this BPO jobs and want to switch to IT. After a deep research I came to know Business Analyst is the best platform to switch to IT from BPO. I am from Mechanical engineer background and want to settle as Business Analyst. Kindly requesting anyone to guide me the path of switching from BPO to Business Analyst and what skills and courses I need to do now? Also suggest me do I required to do MBA if so what course I need to choose in MBA? Please help me and guide me🙂

Hi everyone, would appreciate some suggestion/guidance. I, 29F, am a chartered accountant. In the first 3.5 years of my career I worked in a small CA firm where I could get exposure of small clients in all areas like tax, audit and other compliances. Later, I switched to a company in transfer pricing field and have been working here for 2.5 years. After having worked here, I realize I wish to mak my career in corporate tax and not in transfer pricing. But this would bring about a cut in designation and pay, not sure to what extent. Any suggestions on how I can make this transition easier without significant cut of pay?

Should I shift to a technical role and if yes which role and what should I prepare for? If not is this PMO profile good for earning more money? PLEASE ANSWER

Hello GV folks, Have been working in sales for the last 3 years(post MBA - Tier 1 college) and I am basically tired now of all the headache that comes with it, weekly reviews, bashings from both customers as well as internal higher management in case numbers are not happening, which gets very abusive and taxing at times. I have been evaluating if Michael Page would be a good career move and would it be possible to come back to tech/program management if I get into C-suite recruitment. Need guidance, pls help??

I am currently working as scrum master. I am getting headache by daily calls and i have to facilitate all i don't have interest in this. I want a work that i can do everyday without meeting all people. Just 1 meeting is ok to say about my progress. Im psm2 certified recently. I don't want this talking work. I need analyst type work. What about power bi analyst should i learn that? Suggest any tool based work tool should be universally recognized by every company. Not interested in coding and testing. Hey Grapeviners, I need some serious help. Bit about myself - just graduated this month and working as an APM at a seed stage startup. I have 1.5 years of product experience and 3 years of overall experience as an intern. Lately, not sure why but I am loving what engineers do. Closely working with them, and I guess it's nostalgic for myself. Because I did coding for 6 months and moved on for some reason. So, I understand how tech actually works. Have got good feedback regarding this. At the same time, I am not really finding the true value of what I am doing everyday. Feels a void inside. Also, I am not able to discuss all these things in person with someone, because I fear that they will judge me after doing internships for 3 years, I still haven't figured out my career. Such a loser I am. I have been thinking about starting coding again and maybe switching to a coding job in the next 6 months maybe. But again it would be tough for me as I only got weekends for me to learn all this stuff. What do you all experienced folks suggest? What should I do? Please comment if you can help 🙏

I need some advice. 1. I am a fresher and am considering giving the CAT exam this year. 2. Currently working as a data science intern and frankly, not enjoying it a bit. I dread debugging. I also feel everyday that AI can easily do 75% of my work. 3. I want some business side roles, thinking I won't have to stare at a screen all day, fixing bugs. What roles can I expect after doing a MBA, is it worth the extra 2 years and the money, and if you are someone who can relate to my situation, what are some of the things you enjoy about your work and some things which you absolutely hate. I might have completely wrong expectations, so please feel free to correct me.
