Career switch or just job change?

Hi folks, I am new here so need your suggestions. I work as a research associate at a market research firm. It's wfh so I have been managing my expenses pretty well. However the work culture is horrible. We all are expected to work for 9hrs minimum everyday. And by work means, creating docs with minimal calling. The work everyday has unrealistic deadlines. I am an MBA in marketing and Hr (dual spec.). Can you suggest what I should do?
