Why so much hate against WITCH companies?

One of WITCH closes and there would be blood on streets, unbelievable no’s of lives dependent on it.

It is true, they take a lot out of you 1. If you stay long in WITCH - you learn to compromise because they never give you what you deserve, 2. You cascade this to juniors, even if someone is doing extraordinarily work , he/she will get peanuts 3. I knew folks who are doing so much work , they would be earning triple of their current salary if they switch from WITCH. 4. You develop slave mentality- will do everything for client and expect nothing , 5. For the sake of safety of the job you compromise on everything- Salary, lifestyle, 6. You will always be MEDIOCRE if you stay in WITCH ( during your young age (25-40) ) 7. You will become a person who will see that bad things are happening to juniors but you will stay mum ( like a stone), it will hit you if you are a good person 8. If you move out , you can do so much better in so many things. It’s a TRAP , more you stay it will become difficult to come out. 9. WITCH will not give you anything when you want, they will give you that when time has gone , You will accept it as you don’t have an option and start faking happiness.

WITCH was what gave and are giving livelihood to a lot of people. While some of the projects may not be interesting, some do. It’s far from reality that it will harm people’s career. People have jumped from WITCH to high paying jobs/better profiles. It all depends on the capabilities and the hard work of the individual. So-called influencers would just do anything for their engagement and money.
