Feeling lost

I have been recently feeling very lost and confused in life. I do have a loving family and a stressful job and somehow i feel I am not at all happy from within. My job is shit and gives immense pressure. I have just entered my 30s and due to this sedentary lifestyle I have developed health issues such as pollen allergy, have gained weight :( the way i used to look like probably 2 years back, i dont look like that now. Want to use this space to start a thread with people dealing with same situation and ways to cope up the stress and get this to a better track.

If you are not married, Change might be relatively easier than for married people. Just try to switch for a comfortable job, try to accept things, focus on diet and excercise.
Try 24 day plan first for physical health and 3 month prep for a job switch, try US based seasoned MNCs like servicenow or microsoft where WLB is awesome.

I know it's easier said than done, been there and most of the days slip back and find it choking. But that's part of life, just start accepting things for what they are, focus on what you can do.

Change the company if u r unable to then .. take a break from these thoughts, live a little and then once u feel u have stable mind and energy, start up skilling and take a new job or start a passive income through a small business or service.

Take one step at a time. You don't have to fix your life overnight. A deep breath, and go for it. Walk more than you did yesterday. Start preparing for interviews. You'll do it.
