Female manager views
What are you views on female engineering manager ? would love to see , please comment with i am <gender> and your view.
No difference. Both were good for nothing.

Female managers are more likely to give in to demands and increase the workload of the team imo. Some men are also like that but some run a tight ship and not easily give in and spoil the teams balance. I want to be in those dudes team
I will become one someday soon and those undeserving ones who are currently praised will lead bad personal lives and will stalk my linkedin and cry being helpless and jealous just the way i cry now for the partialities
I am happy if there’s atleast one female in team. Manager is a long shot

All Female managers are not bad but most of the bad managers are female
Practical,Emphatetic, Realistic and to the point.
I feel they do well in environments where growth path is set. Places where politics take place at higher ranks is not best suited for them. ( disadvantaged due to numbers and biases)
