Need help in relocating to noida.

Hey folks, I will be joining a company which is in noida sector 132 express tower 2 in the next week. If someone can suggest me good pgs where i can stay and which will also be convenient for me to travel to office , that will be helpful. Also, are there safety concerns there? I am from Maharashtra, and i have heard rumours, so if u can suggest me accordingly where to find pg , i ll be grateful. Any other tips u want to share, do share 😅

Would prefer a high-end, luxurious(?) gated society, My Office is in 16-A, so something around there would be preferable. Any leads, broker contacts would be extremely appreciated

Hey there, I'll be moving to Delhi next week.. My office is in Sector 142 Noida and I'm looking for a decent place to stay. A vacant room in a pre-owned flat, PG or 1bhk on rent would do. preferred location - anywhere along the blue line/magenta line that's 45 minutes/ 20 stations away at best. budget-15k non negotiables- vegetarian any leads would be appreciated. hoping that house hunting here isn't as tough as in bangalore.

I have 9+ years of experience in Software Development and Managing teams at scale. I’m in Bengaluru from last 5 years and before that I was in Mumbai for 4 years. Now I’m planning to relocate to Noida, due to following reasons: - Want to stay relatively nearer to my home town(UP) - Want to be accessible for my family and relatives, when they need me the most - Want to enjoy North Indian aspect of living - Want my kid to raise in North Indian environment I need suggestions in two things - Does Noida is a right choice considering my home town is in UP? - Which Noida sector is developed, have better infrastructure and all the basic necessities are nearby? - Which companies pay almost in similar range comparatively to Bengaluru or Hyderabad? - Any other thing that I should be aware of? I am planning to move to Bangalore this month. Should I rent a flat out from nobroker or should I stay in a PG for a few months. What would be ideal? My office is in bellandur any help/suggestion is welcomed. TIA.
