Has anyone ever gone through the process for Swiggy's PD role before?
How many rounds are there? And do they take all the rounds before making the final decision?

ATTENTION! Swiggy Product Design Interview

I've received offers for the PM role from both Swiggy and Headout and am uncertain which one to choose. Although I know the team function and dynamics play a crucial role, my information on that is limited. Here are my priorities for the next stint:

1) Good work culture & WLB - Don't want 12hr+ workdays, and random layoffs affecting my mental peace. From what I've gathered, Headout seems to better in this area. I've heard that Swiggy has a history of silent layoffs and that teams suffer from poor WLB.

2) Good learning curve - I’m looking for a role with less firefighting and more in-depth problem-solving. While this can vary by team, I've heard that Headout places a strong emphasis on professional growth by mentoring and providing quality projects.

3) Future exit opportunities - Swiggy's brand name is a significant factor, potentially offering more and better future opportunities compared to Headout.

Please help me with any reviews/experiences that you have for the product culture at both these orgs so that I'm able to make a more informed decision!

Looking for genuine and non diplomatic answers since it will be anonymous. It is upto you to reveal the name of the company you resigned from.

Lets discuss!!! I will go first -

I quit my last organisation (a famous UPI company) in 2020 because, they still are in old technology. No cloud computing, no kubernates, no terraform. Their entire baremetal infra are in 2 DCs (Mumbai and Bangalore). Leadership ideas are outdated. I was very much bored and looking for a change.

Why did you resign?

Amount of effort i put and the salary i got was not proportional. 14 hrs to get 30k salary as a fresher. I had understood that I deserve better - thus i moved to get better pay and better wlb (which I got in swiggy)

Role - Cloud Support Engineer

Cleared tech rounds and 2 leadership rounds are remaining. They are going to be for 1 hour each with senior folks holding 20 and 6 years of experience respectively. Will be having such rounds for the first time ever. Not sure what all will be in it for an entire hour! One of them is probably a Bar raiser.

Unlike tech rounds where you have to just keep answering the questions that come your way here it might be the case that I'll have to keep speaking on the scenario in detail for the entire time in STAR format.

I just know that I need to know the meaning of leadership principles correctly and have a real example from my journey. But I might not have experienced such a scenario relating to all principles. So maybe I'll have to make some examples. Also, I'm being told that I shouldn't repeat anything. How to have so many real relatable examples?

Important is to be ready to answer all questions on what I said.

It seems very very tricky to answer them in such a way that it is correct and also convinces them very well.

What would be some good questions to ask interviewers of these rounds?

Leadership rounds at AWS

I am not able to decide which one to choose. The Groww internship is guaranteed that if I perform well I will get PPO(15 LPA) and swiggy one is dicy if even it does have PPO. Since only one more month is left for my graduation, taking any of these internships will require me to leave the FTE offer. Any suggestions fellow developers??

I already have a 10LPA offer at an MNC, got shortlisted for an interview for the Swiggy Backend ASDE role, should I give it? I heard it is a contractual role and pays 8L, true?

I have got the following offers from Swiggy and Meesho  for an analytics role. Expecting another offer from Hike in the coming week. 
Please help me decide on which one to pick from an overall perspective.

My Profile:- 2.2 YOE as an analyst at a service based company (Tredence Analytics) want to switch to a PBC.

Swiggy:-
Role offered:- Business Analyst 
Comp:- 15 LPA (all fixed) no JB, no ESOPs
Location:- Remote (Huge Plus for Me)

Meesho:-
Role offered:- Business Analyst
Comp:- 14 LPA (base) + 2 LPA ESOPs + 1 LPA JB
Location:- Bangalore

Folks from Swiggy and Meesho , Please Guide your pal on the basis of work culture , growth prospects and overall career trajectory. 

Personally I am inclined towards Swiggy due to remote working policy but don’t want to make a decision solely on the basis of it.
