Finally resigned today!

This is the best feeling ever! I feel like some truck load of stress has left my body and soul. I'm leaving because the management is insanely toxic, I can't do this anymore. Deloitte was definitely not like when I joined back in 2020. Tata bye bye to the firm which I loved the most, but not anymore.

I just did the same two weeks back. Similar situation when I qualified deals worth more than their annual sales quota.

Felt that they wanted to belittle me always. Just constant.
