Finance salaries in Startup

Hey Guys, Typically how much are CAs working in Startup’s (Seed / Series A) as Finance Manager or Finance Controllers, paid ? (Cash + ESOP)?

Any information or insights would be helpful since there seems to be very less publicly available data on this.

PS: Years of experience can be between 2-5 years

Sad truth, cas are dispensable in India. Finance manager is a bogus title, controllers get paid well though so try for that profile.

Tricky, really depends on the startup in this case. At a big MNC you could expect 30LPA easy total comp. At a startup could range from 25-35 depending on funding maybe.
