Seeing that you already work at Cisco, I would suggest connecting with seniors and leads within your team to see where you can improve and what all areas you feel you are not strong at. Especially if you are looking for domain expertise (assuming you might be involved in networking software or some related aspects). Asking for mentorship online is usually going to be a bunch of people asking to be paid to mentor you for maybe something as trivial as DSA / problem solving which you can find many free resources online. If you have a "good" technical manager then he/she can also guide you well in this regards as well.
