Flipkart esops vs RSU

does anyone know if flipkart give esops or RSUs to their employees?

in esops you have to pay money to get them after vesting whereas RSUs are given directly upon vesting without you paying money

No rsus in unlisted companies. Only esops

Not always. RSUs are basically with ESOPs at 0 strike price. I got RSUs from flipkart 2 years back.

If you have a strike price it's called an option. Esop is not given at 0 strike price. It could be low but never zero
