Freelancing Advice

Hi, Would love to know if anyone is doing freelancing full time or part time. Like how you folks started? How do you find clients regularly? Do you have indian clients or from US or Europe? Love to know more about this as I want to get started in the freelancing world.

I work with a lot of freelancers. Easiest way is to work at Upwork/freelancer.com/PPH( look for growth hacking tricks for those platforms). If you are a decent developer, you can reach 1Cr type revenue with little hustle. From there, you have to scale like an agency. Basically, get a USA citizen as a front for marketing (commissions basis) and do marketing. Most of the guys plateau at this level. PS: Use Philippines guys as VA and talented developers in remote countries as subcontractors.

Thanks a lot for your response. I know Upwork/freelancer.com but aren't they most competitive place to start? As I heard it takes lot of time and effort to get event smallest of project for first time

Try Toptal as well. About competition, you have to be innovative. First 5-7 reviews, you get by hook or crook. Check for growth hacks in forums etc.
