By part-time experience, do you mean internships ? If yes, how did you get those ? And what tier VCs are you talking about ?

I have worked with a Singapore based $2B AUM fund for 7 months. I have also been working in a small $10M domestic preseed fund for past 1.5years and i have also worked in a $35M Consumer fund. I am looking for Tier 1/2 VCs : Elevation, Kalaari, Fireside, DSG, Lumikai etc etc

Very hard to get into unless you are ok to join a micro VC or your are a start-up founder who has done well or MBB with right connects. VC is also grass being greener on other side so you may actually become a builder either as entrepreneur or with another start-up founder who is traversing a 0 to 1 journey
