Freshers from tier-1 MBA

I feel pity for those people who could not get guidance early on with their careers. People I know who are extremely smart and hardworking earning below average wrt YoE just because they couldn't afford MBA fees. When I see freshers from tier-1 MBA earning upwards of 25lpa+ with a bcom/arts degree and don't have any analytics skill for a job, it fills me with rage that the world is unfair for many talented folks. Do you spot these freshers with zero skills in your organisation?

That’s the charm of branding. Don’t go by what u read on social media.
Get a good college brand in your resume. Will help in long run.

More than that its just the lack of good firms in india doing tech shit at scale - job supply issue. There would be job for people with good soft skills always . Recently posted for an intern position recently , the CV quality was quite high

Govt. should subsidise tech firms rather than fatten lalas like ambani adanis

if u than 25lpa is great for freshers, then why consider studying in usa and make 2x more

Top tier MBA is only 7/8 schools in India, that’s like a couple of thousand kids. Not everyone will make it

MBA aspirants

The current scenario of MBA grads from non IIM colleges is literally so bad.

They have to agree on working free of cost for SIPs just to get an experience on their resume.

Unlike IT engineers they have to go to office 5/6 days a week...
