Recently got an offer from one of the big 4, I was hoping to get a good package ( not because I am looking for money ). Just expecting that at least this time I will get a good package as per market standards.
But never expected that a big 4 will low ball me.
Why are Indian HRs so rude in emails. A sap consultant is getting a better offer than me being offered a senior consultant.
Why this partiality in the Indian market. ?
Just because I started my career at low package every HR will try to skim savings by low bowling me a crap offer.
I expect that from TCS, which the kid HR did, and i didn't join. The same was not expected from a big 4.
Accenture is still unpredictable , until u join and draw the 1st salary , one is not sure.

Capgemini same as hcl
Coming back to HRs, why the less experience HRs , ki je the associate and senior associate level young women think every body else as low life.
How can these low self esteem HR, expect that by low bowling the candidate actually they are hiring a liability, when the individual will be less paid than a junior on a Position below his, the candidate will surely More the next year.
So issue is with the HR and it's policy. Senior HR please teach professionalism to junior HR's.
