Hey all, so I ordered a MacBook and AppleCare (INR 14,000) from Amazon on Nov 6th. Ended up canceling the MacBook the next day, but apparently, Amazon can’t cancel the AppleCare since it was email-delivered by Servify the night of the 6th. They told me to wait 48 hours, and now they're saying there’s nothing they can do. Reached out to Servify, but they can’t even find my purchase info. They don't see my email, name, or product ID from the official Amazon email in their system as the IEMI number is not registered. They said to wait until Monday for their backend team to come back, and honestly, this is driving me nuts. Things are rough right now, and this mess on top of it is just so frustrating that I feel puking. If anyone from Servify or Amazon sees this, I’d really appreciate some help sorting this out. Thanks!
