
Future of B2B E-commerce
Does B2B E-commerce have a future in India? No one has been able to crack the business model yet and many big names have scaled back. Does anyone know a profitable company in this segment?
How risky it is to join a startup in this space?

I guess it's too soon & premature for tech startups in b2b goods market to think about profits, it's still growth at any cost stage.
In b2b traders gonna trade, multiple tech players in the space need to battle it out to emerge out market leader.
I think every VC and PE is comfortable in putting money for next few years.

I believe the market is huge, but I don't see how they will be able to compete against the distributors with all the additional costs involved..
Plus I don't think VCs and PEs are comfortable enough.. Udaan is facing challenges in raising equity from the past few months.. they are only able to raise debt..

This whole sector is finished. Joining now would be career suicide
