Hey! I'm a Sales Professional with over 6 plus years of experience, (Finance and Ecommerce)
Got no experience in SaaS sales, have applied multiple times at multiple openings but often receive the same feedback, "No consideration since I've got no relevant feedback"
Basically I need a job for experience, they need experience for the job!
Any clues/ideas as to which company hires Sales Professionals without SaaS experience or any referrals? Any direction would help.

This is indeed tricky for the hiring manager.
The skills needed are somewhat distinct. My recommendation is to join a post Seed pre A startup. They have some mental flexibility. Also try and join someone who either sells to your org / function or where some skills you have are fungible.
