What's the most toxic incident you've come across at your workplace?

'yes' man to senior management. No guts to contradict.
Don’t have an Indian manager. So, nothing.
Long meetings. I can happily code for 12 hours but 3 hour long meetings kills my soul. I feel 50+ guys are lonely souls and talking about anything makes them happy
Manager - yes person, not bold, doesn't have technical capability. I don't have confidence in the person to handle things which I may need help with! Pathetic with giving clarity, haven't seen the person ever work hard or even work
Skip Manager - always judgemental, always only wants whatever he decides. That's the final decision always. Very quick with words, words come out of his mouth quicker than he could even think what he just said. Quite immature in dealing with people. Very partial, would target you specifically for the a behaviour for which others go Scot free
