I had the same situation, I quit to do my own thing, it's not comfortable anymore but I'm making 100x lol
15 -> 22.5 is not really worth switching for imo
If you do switch, do it for learning, growth, challenging opportunities, long term career prospects etc. If you’re saying you’ve hit comfort zone at 3 yoe then imo these are good reasons to switch
