Yep, have my own company now. Don't get comfortable, stick with the current job and start lining up extra work until you can turn that into your main income source, then quit.

15 -> 22.5 is not really worth switching for imo

If you do switch, do it for learning, growth, challenging opportunities, long term career prospects etc. If you’re saying you’ve hit comfort zone at 3 yoe then imo these are good reasons to switch

Same situation. Switched from 22.5 to 30 LPA leaving a stable job with a great boss. Now I regret it terribly. Work culture and people are pathetic, making me work till 12:00 AM. Paise ka kya faayda jab dimaag hi theek na reh paaye. Sukoon hai, toh kuch freelance kardo side me shuru and try making it big.
