Most of my friends report the culture has gotten much tougher/harder. Prolly still miles better than many other companies tho. Google will always be Google
Increment percentages for most people were on the lower side. Stock refreshers were also low. But this could just be my 4-5 friends' experience. yes they do give stock refreshers every year
