Got an offer from Apple India and now have to move to Hyd
Hi All,
I got an offer from Apple India and now have to move to Hyderabad with family and I am currently in Noida so can someone help me with questions below.
- Good/best area for renting appartment/flat.
- What is the current avg rent for 2bhk or 2bhk+store
- Any other suggestions which I need to consider if someone wants to give then please feel free to provide your inputs. It will really help me to plan in advance.
Congratulations 🎉👏 Can you please tell your tech stack, yoe and what was the designation/role you got offer for. I thought Apple was not recruiting in tech roles for now! My inputs to your questions below:-
- Best area nearby, distance wise- Indiranagar/Gachibowli, TelecomNagar. These areas are about 4-5 kms away, but good for connectivity and shops around. But if you want to stay nearer, you can easily find PGs and flats within 1 km walking of the Waverock sez too. So it depends on what your preference is.
- Average rent for 2 BHK, I would say, on an average 27k.
Apple is expanding in India and looking for tech roles. I have 9 years of experience in Data Integration. They are offering ICT-3 designation in e-business vertical.
Congratulations for the offer,
- Best areas are Madhapur, Gachibowli, Banjara Hills, Hi-tech City
- Rent most probably the same as Gurgaon rent
- Metro connectivity is good, so if it’s hybrid then you can live far as well, also food is best in the town and you will get many good restaurants
- New gated societies are coming up in Nalagandla. The rent in Gachibowli and around are very high. Nalagandla though a bit far has better rentals with mostly new buildings.
Congratulations 🎉 there is a couple living in portion of 2 bhk who also works at apple near my friend' place in jubliee hills ,good location would be the Banjara Hills & Jubilee Hills as it has more residential areas, if you want gated society apartment sort of setting you can check in hitech City/ madhapur/ gachibowli/ kondapur. Rent is around 30k for good 2 bhk & food is good here , traffic is there in peak hours in above mentioned areas, 2 wheeler helps better to cut through traffic. Check more properties before finalising, you can check on flat and flatmates or approach some brokers as well
Comgrats, are there any non-technical roles there?
Not sure, you can check their career page
