Grade/Role and Salary for 15+ YOE to be expected from TCS.

Hi Guys,

Can any one tell me what grade/ role will be offered for a person with 15+ YOE at TCS and which grade we must negotiate with and what is the salary range that can be expected for 15+ YOE?

Also is it really worth to switch job from IBM to TCS?
