Does anyone know the process to claim gratuity at Deloitte?
An employee is eligible for gratuity if he has completed 5 years of continuous service with an organisation. It is processed on exit/retirement automatically. You need not to follow up. It is a statutory compliance.
If you are eligible, it will get auto processed.
What has your experience been with receiving a joining bonus at Deloitte India? Could you share insights on the typical bonus amount or any conditions that might apply?
