I am 2023 passout and I got fulltime around 2023 July, till now I have total 1 year internship experience and 9-10 months full-time. I decided to switch because of multiple reasons like, sometimes wlb become worst, toxic management and full politics, not feeling like learning anything just making APIs from past few months. As I am in my early stage of career I got a good switch with approx 120% hike on Base and 60-70% hike on CTC. Now I am in highly doubt that this switch is a good switch or I should have waited for 2 years and could have switched to directly sde2 with more compensation?
My preference is both good compensation and good wlb.
Please suggest me something? My goal is to reach 50LPA base till 4 to 5 years of experience.
