How do you guys manage your health records? Especially blood tests / health check ups you do annually or regularly?
I’m struggling with pdfs from different labs. In this day and age, not having a good visualisation and analysis of trends for this seems lame. Not to mention retrieval of these at a later point in time.

Sleep properly, eat healthy and do work out atleast 5 times in a week for atleast 45 mins
