Acceptance is the first step, meditation helps.

Write down your issues and solution for each issue.

Sort those by priority and timeframe.

And execute.

Fall, get up, repeat.

Track is an illusion. Life is meant to move in a branched manner. A branch now may feel off but u can always branch out by making different choices. Once u start doing that, just have patience.

Honestly, life is like raita at the moment All over the places. Things I don't like, still doing. Things I like, not getting energy to do

I get it. But this moment will also pass and so will your perspective. It’s strange but everyone has these moments at times where they feel like life is going nowhere and everywhere at the same time. I guess it’s the price we pay for being so smart as oppose to animals. Self talk urself to let this time pass and make small changes which can open up new pathways in near future.

In the same boat here like you, What I learnt is , Raw Perseverance and singular ruthless focus on what you want will help life be back on track.

Also, when stumbling, get up and see only the target.

Main problem is focus. Most of us lost focus due to the digital era and distractions it brought. The moment you get your focus back., life starts making sense to you. Tip: to check about your focus level., take an article(may be an editorial for ex.,) and try to read and understand it for 25mins., if your mind wanders in those 25 mins and unable to understand fully whatever you read. High time to work on focus

How to improve focus?

FluffyPanda

Try mindfulness Meditation, Eye Gazing Meditation to start with. Slowly get into deep work(means 25 or 50 mins get into a work without distractions and take 5 or 10 mins break, repeat the cycle for 4-5 times).

Above all do some physical exercises can be yoga or running or gym whatever.

#brotip:You can’t set your mind to be focused without physically being active
