Healthy Dinner Suggestions
I'm a newbie at cooking. But I'm trying to improve.
What are your favourite dishes to make for dinner, especially after a long work day?
Some caveats: Ideally not many utensils. I only have one induction cooker 🥲
Any suggestions would be great!
Paneer bhurji or chole
You should never eat high protein or sugar deit as dinner😅. It will affect your sleep
Did not know that.. I eat and sleep peacefully.. 😂
Daal chawal or khichdi
Fruit pop Oats, if you can cook them nicely. Put a lot of fruits and Sabja. I love it
Different types of parathas. I feel it's great when cooking for 1 because you can experiment with different types of stuffing, prep stuffing and dough in bulk and store in the fridge. Also it satisfies the "roti sabji" combination in one shot.
Soup and Salad.
Endless combinations, loads of experiments possible and all you need is a cooker and a chopping board.
