Received an offer for a role with Okta in their new India office as an associate solutions engineer.
24L INR OTE(80:20) + 16L RSU (3 year)
vs
Received another offer from a browserstack competitor startup LambdaTest for a solutions engineer role.
30L INR cash, no OTE. No esops (they're performance based)
Coming from a very niche AI field with experience of 5 years as a freelance developer / sales engineer consultant, but feel like I hit the plateau and now I want to restart my career in a new industry.
Both these companies will be a start from scratch for me.
Okta does need me to move to a new city (so about 6L yearly extra cost) while LambdaTest is remote.

Any insights?
-
The work culture can be too aggressive at LambdaTest compared to Okta? Is it worth it? I've mostly been working only 10-20 hour weeks for the past year as I was freelancing.
-
Is there potential for growth more at LambdaTest with that being a startup and all that?
-
With whom am I more likely to be able to pull off studying for unrelated certifications, masters exams, or freelance work?
-
Is taking slightly lesser pay at Okta worth it in terms of job stability and security considering the size of the corp?
