Help me to come out from this.

2 years ago my mom left me as if I was not needed. She always had in mind that her son is everything. I felt so bad and I used to talk less with her . But I used to always cry about why I am not needed.

Today my mom is no more and I feel so bad that I couldn't do much 😭.

Common bro, it happens Chill. Live in the present, thats one way of forgetting past and staying happy. Be conscious on everything you do day to day. Keep yourself distracted. Recently I'm getting struck by the thought of this. While walking by the road and seeing older people and thinking about how my parents would be there and what would happen to me if I lose them. It's such a terrible experience that I couldn't fathom what one is going through in times like this. I couldn't imagine myself living with them. It sends shiver down the spine just by imagining this.
Hope you get strength to overcome this.
