Help needed: Career switch in IT

Hi Guys, I am working in IT support role as an Oracle support engineer and have around 4 YOE. My ctc is around 6 lpa, i am willing to do a switch but even if i try the max hike i can get is 10 lpa or 9 lpa.

I really needed help to switch my career to different technology as I don't know if my current skill is future ready. I am planning to put down my papers at the end of the year and I'm going to join a training center for a few months,then learn a demanded skill and try to switch.

I am really in a bad financial situation having emi,home loan so want to switch for a better job. I want to know which IT skills i can learn and get into a good high paying job in future. I want to get into at least a job that pays 1 lpm with these demanded skills. I am somewhat good at coding as well.

Can anyone please list some demanded skills, technology,tools that will definitely pay some high salary(around 1lpm). I have the ability to learn and do mini projects , i needed some inputs pls provide guys 🙏🙏🙏. Pls send a small steps if possible too.
