Help to choose career path

I am a C++ developer with 10 yoe in India across Fintech domain. I am confused should I move to AI/ML/Data Science roles as they are the high paying skills currently. I am ok to do Scaler or other courses to learn Ml/DS but how easy it is to get into good companies? Will they pay me as fresher or consider my experience.

My other option is to continue in C++ development. But will C++ skill enough to sustain in the market for next 20-25 years? Will it pay me enough? Wont the Oppurtunities decline and very few companies will use C++ for new projects.

Please guide.

Google uses C++ for many of their backend applications. You would need to be really good at DSA in order to clear their interviews.
