Tier - 2 (60 lpa+) Airbnb Microsoft Gojek Swiggy Salesforce Nutanix InMobi Phonepe Adobe Intuit Oracle OCI Indeed Navi Zeta
Tier - 3 (50 lpa+) All decent MNCs (Walmart, Nvidia, Intel, Visa etc.) All okayish startups (flipkart, myntra, ola, paytm etc.)
Note - Not included HFTs as they require different skillset as compared to conventional SWEs

After a certain point, most companies pay in similar range so their won't be any "tier-100" 😅. Listing all the companies here isn't possible.
Idea of the post is to compile top paying companies based on recent data as it might help people target them during their job switch.

Google L4 offer can easily beat Airbnb offer.
Also, LinkedIn on average is better paying than Airbnb.
Google front loads their stock, so their offers are inflated. And I've seen some 80+ sde 2 offers at Airbnb. If you want to compare averages Google L4 probably tier 3

Given the fact that layoffs are almost over, which companies/startups/remote startups are paying around >=50 lakhs per year(base+stock) for 4-5 years of experience? Please mention level, WLB also and any awesome perks if any.
What are the companies that you know , who pays near by or even more than FANG ? I'm sure there must be some companies that beat FANG in salaries and yet are not so much popular among developers.
