Tier-1 (80 lpa+) Coinbase Google Rippling Uber LinkedIn Confluent Atlassian Rubrik Clarisights
Tier - 2 (60 lpa+) Airbnb Microsoft Gojek Swiggy Salesforce Nutanix InMobi Phonepe Adobe Intuit Oracle OCI Indeed Navi Zeta
Tier - 3 (50 lpa+) All decent MNCs (Walmart, Nvidia, Intel, Visa etc.) All okayish startups (flipkart, myntra, ola, paytm etc.)
Note - Not included HFTs as they require different skillset as compared to conventional SWEs
LinkedIn 5 yoe you can get 1+ easily.
I highly doubt that. Unless you are coming as L4 from G, Uber or have had a lucky stock ride (L62 with Msft for example), Lin won’t cross 80s for you.
Even then, lower 90s is the top.
I am quite certain about AI roles, 80-90 for non-AI sounds correct you are right.

Around 50 lpa+ for 5 yoe (only base)
Around 30+ lakh(base) for IIT mtech passout.
Adobe pays a lot more atleast at 8+ YOE for external hires. Know of folks at 1 crore TC at 9 YOE

Which companies are paying the fattest packages for SWEs in India this year? Heard some insane numbers from friends but not sure if legit. Any insider info?
