Hiring scene among Fortune 500s

How is the job recovery after hiring freeze among Fortune 500 companies that are spread across India? Are we seeing any green shoots on hiring? I used to work for Dell Technologies but not any more. I mostly hear that many startup companies are hiring and haven't seen many openings among the biggies.

If you are among one of Fortune 500 and your company is hiring, please share some insights on hiring at your firm. If hiring, what kind of roles and skills are in demand.

And please do share your interview experience if you have recently interviewed at a company.

I'm personally curious to know if there are leadership roles open in the areas of pre-sales, sales, product marketing and engineering.

Got it. I'm hoping there would be an influx of opportunities before EOY as it's already happening in the US.

Who is hiring?

I have been reading posts about recovery in IT and that hiring has started happening again but really who is hiring? And are people really getting hired? I am yet to see posts on LinkedIn about people starting new jobs.

Are the good days back?

Are companies hiring again in normal ways giving those buffed up packages as they were in the WFH days? Can someone who might have recently interviewed shed some light or someone who is tracking this?
