There are plenty of openings out there on linkedin instahyre wellfound talentxo etc.
Designers are busy attending mixers and UX conferences instead of doing the real work, that’s why you don’t see anything from them on this platform. 😂

Hahaha that's true tho. They think by attending cringe events like UX Now they'll become great designers. Oh boy. All the people I detest attend such conferences

And the fun part is, these design gurus will come on stage and glorify UX research, talk about how essential it is and the very next day will fire the entire UX research vertical from their company in the name of “restructuring”. Just a bunch of clowns.
