
Delhi pollution - how are you coping?
AQI has been 300+ for weeks now. How are you managing? Any long-term solutions in sight? Considering moving out of the city.
Folks working in NCR, have any of the companies started extending remote work options until conditions are livable?
A lot of people are deciding to move out of Delhi NCR as it has become a gas chamber, especially those with toddlers. This is becoming a key threat for startups and established companies to attract and retain talent here.
Why do NCR folks in private jobs find it difficult to move to other Tier1 cities? Worst even, why do many even prefer to stay there compared to other cities!
Looks like they are just too scared of going out of their comfort zone, specially those who are scared of linguistic and regional differences down south, or even the distance from ancestral place… but how unfortunate, I feel they are killing themselves even when they have options.
