Got an intern offer from Avaya. How's the company? The financials are not looking good but it's the only offer I got as a fresher.

How Avaya for Fresher?
Recently got internship + Placement from Avaya Pune (on campus). Saw that they filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy.
What should be my next moves? Are devs/new joiners safe for the next few years?
Their products mainly include customer service stuff which is slowly going to be eaten by AI.
They are still hiring for freshers and senior techs. Anybody knows what's happening at Avaya?

Isn't chapter 11 bankruptcy different?
Most of the companies to which Avaya owed money are not stake holders of the business. Why would they do that knowing that the company is closing down?
