How can i navigate a Tech Transition: From ASP.NET to MERN Stack

I am currently working as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys, which is my first company. During my college years, I developed an interest in web development, focusing mainly on React and learning the MERN stack. However, when I joined Infosys, I was assigned to a C# ASP.NET project. While I wasn't initially comfortable with this tech stack, I worked on the project for over two years.

Despite my project work in C#, I have continued to learn web development technologies on the side, including React, JavaScript, and other front-end tools. Now, I am looking to transition into a role where I can work with the MERN stack or similar web technologies, as that aligns more with my long-term interests. My main concern is that my project experience is mostly in C#, and I’m unsure how to make a successful switch to web development with limited professional experience in that domain. How can I navigate this transition?
